My fiance and i were invited to time share promotion in Troy Michigan. We were going to this with the understanding that we would be entitled to a free mini vacation if we stayed and listened to this promotion. We did and paid $100.00 dollars and filled out the forms to get a vacation to las vegas.Months passed by before we were notified via mail that we could not get the vacation we wanted but to resubmit the attached form requesting another date which we did 3 more months passed and behold we got another letter stating that we couldnt get the date we requested and to resubmit again for another date.
We did and again we were denied. At this point my frustrations were such that we opted for a vacation in Florida instead of Vegas. Now its been over a year that they have sat on our hard earned money and have not responded to letters wrote to just cancel our request for a vacation and refund our money.
