I conducted an extensive investigation on the story below:

My hope is that my investigation will prove the above claims indicated in this newspaper article are false.

“Price is Right” model sued for $92,860

westsidetoday . com / 2014 / 10 / 08 / price-right-model-sued-92860/

Our findings are as followed:

The above article says that a Florida businessman Peter DeGeorge Sr. filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Gabrielle Tuite.  Gabrielle Tuite is a former “Price is Right” model.  DeGeorge Sr. says Tuite conned him out of more than $90,000 while claiming to be romantically interested in him.  The suit alleges breach of loan agreement, fraud, trespass and unjust enrichment.  My investigations showed that none of the above allegations are true and they could not be proved that’s why there was never any suit filed.  I believe that Peter DeGeorge Sr. contacted Westside Today solely with the intent to defame Gabrielle Tuite once their relationship did not workout.

I contacted the Los Angeles Superior Court and confirmed that there was never a lawsuit filed by Peter DeGeorge Sr against Gabrielle Tuite.  I also contacted the Westside Today editor Thomas (TJ) Montemer.  I provided evidence and requested that the above article be retracted due to it being a false claim.  Montemer said he received this complaint by a local law enforcement agency.

I asked Montemer which law enforcement agency and he refused to provide any additional information.  I called Montemer again and he appeared to be angry and he said he received this complaint by a local law enforcement agency and he refused to remove the article.  I continued our investigation and contacted more than 10 law enforcement agencies in Los Angeles County area and none of these agencies have this report on file.  I went to visit Thomas (TJ) Montemer at his office and when I told him the report was false he asked me to pay him $25,000 to remove the link from the internet.

Thanks
