Well where should i begin. I have been an employee workinig in Mission Settlement agency for about six months now. I can't even begin to explain how fraudelent this company is. Let me start from the beginning. I was hired by Denis K back in July. He introduced himself as the owner of the company, and looked like a well-mannered, honest, hard working individual. I was hired for an $8 an hour salary, but never recieved a paystub from the company. I was always written checks, and then told i would recieve a 1099 for the money. They never paid any payroll tax, and promised everyone a salary meanwhile everyone recieved a 1099. They never rented me any office space, gave me set hours i needed to be in the office, and gave me a card to clock in/clock out every morning and night. >>>> My job title was a telemarketer there.
I would call leads provided by Experian credit bureau with individuals having 10k or more in unsecured debt, and 620 and less in a fico score. Everything seemed fine until i realized that something fishy was going on. Denis K provided me a script that "guaranteed" clients to settle their debts at 55 cents on a dollar. After doing my research there are absolutely no guarantees in this business as far an exact settlement before hands. In the script it also said that this program would help peoples credit scores because we are eliminating their unsecured debts, meanwhile this program would significantly harm their credit scores. The script told clients not to make monthly minumum payments to their creditors that we would take care of it, meanwhile i found out later it is "illegal" to tell clients to stop making payments towards their credit cards, personal loans, and medical bills Now it gets much better.
When we would sign these clients up in the first two months i was there, we would take credit card payments from them for their first two payments. Denis K told me that this was ok, and it would be added to their balance that they enrolled in the program. Later i find out that this is "illegal". At this point i began questioning what kind of a chop shop operation i was involved in, and started doing some extreme research at this point, and came up with the following information. The owner of the company was not Denis K, but the owner is an attorney out in Brooklyn by the name of Michael Levitis. When i saw the information available to him, i began to get sick in my stomach.
The following artical is a rip off report that indicates Michael Levitis was involved in a mortgage operation previous to his new venture debt settlement aka Mission Settlement Agency aka Alpha Settlement as another DBA. He would hire employees, let them build a pipeline of files, and terminate their employment to gain the commissions. His corporate adress is Name: Law Offices of Michael Levitis & Associates Street: 1729 East 12th Street Brooklyn, ny 11229-1088 Phone: (718) 382-4300 Here is another article of an employee that worked at his mortgage company aka Alpha Funding Group in 2006.
This article states that an employee of his deliberately misled the client about the program. 'What kind of people are working for this guy"? If he carried his company like this doing mortgages for clients, What kind of debt settlement company is he running? His debt settlement company has been in business for about 8 months now. Guys BEWAREEEEEEEEE. They are crooks, con-artists, and they will be coming for your money. I asked Denis K to show me actual settlements of clients he has enrolled in the settlement program, and he gave me the run-around for 2 months. They are complete crooks. I've personally spoken to a number of clients as well as know of other employees that have had similar incidents with clients where money from these customers was taken and no services were provided. When the consumers came back to ask for a refund, they were told sorry. Some regulator should look at this company as their pretending to be a TASC memeber, which i should have realized right away was a complete fraud. We recieved a huge amount of complaints and then we switched our company name to Alpha Debt Settlement. At that point a number of employees starting leaving the company, and thats when i made my exit as well. Ladies and gentlemen enrolled in the Mission Settlement Agency or Alpha Debt Settlement program beware and go contact your local attorney generals office.
I just wish companies like this would shut down for good.
While these clients are in financial hardship, companies like this are stealing clients hard earned money to make themselves rich.

I agree with you 110% i know felix goes on this site and googles up mission left and right DAILY bc he does not want anything popping up online when the people they are trying to lure in look them up. sites like this wouldnt exist if scamartist and scumbags didnt exist but thats whatever at this point. the place is a hoax, i hope they get whats coming to them. i also left there/got fired/ its a different story depending upon who you asked when you asked. and the office moved 2x in 3 months when i was there ( i was there for longer) the basment office smelled like s**t everyday was cleaned once in 3 months because feliz was too poor and too cheap to pay anyone. let alone pay his employees who were paid and made to stay late and not paid overtime (during the interview he told me 10-12 an hr) i ended up getting 8 when i got my check when i was promised 9. screw them. i hope they get whats coming to them. no matter what name they go by, the trail will always follow them and karma is a b***h!

K.. I worked for this company for like 6 months and unlike the rest of the ex-employees that have reported this company I didnt get fire I quit, because I dont want to carry in my heart that I am ripping people off... Like I said keep in mind that I quit something hard to do in this economy and its not fair... Let me start by saying that 6months ago I started in 1location since then we have moved twice.. in six months whos does that? that was my first red flag im talking about you get to work and they would tell you we'are moving today to a new location at 2pm no further explanition..things like this made me wonder so I google it..yep I googled Mission settlement and I saw the complaints I also for a moment got fooled and thought that jessie and the rest of the complaints are from angry ex-employees with no base at all.. boy was i wrong... you sit on a desk all day calling people numerous times a day most of the time the same people over and over, yes you are provided with a scrip however u can said whatever you want to get people to sing up, saying that we are members of the better business bureu, to my knowledge they are just registed and any business can, also we could tell the people being call that experian refeer them to us, this is all phycological u also tell them that u are backed up by the us goverment Where is that at? So all this information allows people to let their guard down and trust on what you saying, once you get them to sing up you tell people that the only charge is $49 a month, however they keep the first tree full payments you are not allow to release this information, they have a contract with all kinds of crazy fees when people ask about it your job is to tell them that fees apply to the company not the client... please...also this people are aware of everything that is posted on the internet about them I personatly so Felix going into this very web site to reply those are the comments saying that jessie is just an angy employee... What you got to say about me? I quit I dint want to be part of this russian mafia like scam.. Remember that this company is own by an attorney Mike Levits. Their last location was 1729 12east street suit 4, 5 and the basement..in brooklyn new york 11231. phone number 347-492-6606 be aware... they take advantage of employees they do not pay they scam everybody and everything on their way... Mike L, Dennis k, Felix, Patric, Boris I hope you get what you deserved. How can they still be in business when the feds shut down alpha... ???

As an employee of Mission Settlement Agency, it irritates me to read such untrue posts and unfounded allegations. I have been employed at this Company for over four (4) months and have always been treated properly by my supervisors, with the utmost respect and care for my well-being. These people are compliant and very well organized. Regarding the recruiting of any potential clients, each new client always met with two (2) different supervisors, to assure that my explanation as to what services we provided, was thorough and accurate, absent any room for confusion. In this particular person oriented industry, one must have the patience, social skills, and TOLERANCE to deal with people and their individual needs/concerns. If, you are someone who fails to posses these skills, and as a result fail to excel, DO NOT BLAME THE COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL SHORTCOMINGS! I was made to undergo extensive training to understand exactly how to do my job, as well as conduct myself in a professional manner. It is disturbing to see individuals that have been so very good to me, unjustly dragged through the mud by some senseless, skill-lacking telemarketers. If perhaps you had concentrated as much on your work load as you did in making up lies, stories, and worthless allegations, perhaps you would have experienced much success here at Mission Settlement Agency. As a point of information, EVERY client that I have enrolled into our Debt Settlement Program has called backed with at least one or two referral clients; a testament that we truly care about and cater to the every need of our clients! If the company was in fact doing anything wrong, referrals such as these would not be so forthcoming. As a matter of fact, I openly invite any/all of our clients to post a comment, attesting to their positive experience and dealings with our company.
