Mitchell Kolodziejczak Aj Sweedler PTL Tree Service Inc this is a very shady company i hired them to do a job they did not do it the way they said they would when i asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back and refused to do the job over again nore would they reaturn my emails or phone calls.Hillsboro Oregon
honestly i dont know how this place stays in buisness do not waste your time or money on them i wish i didnt they ripped me off and scamed me and didnt even do the job i paid for and the lady i talk to aj Sweedler Mitchell Kolodziejczak threatned to sue me for slander if i did not stop calling them to resolve the complaint i did not like the job they did not there problem sence i allready paid them mony to do it and Mitchell Kolodziejcak would not even email me or call me he had his buisness partner Aj sweedler get on the phone then she hangs up on me i have tried multipel times to get my money back and have not got a cent back. Do not ever do buisness with thease people you will regreat it.
i went to a tree service buisness Ptl Tree Service Inc in Hillsboro Or SE Ave i hired Mitchell Kolodziejczak and his buisness partner Aj sweedler to do a job for me. They did not do the job that was promised then when i asked them to do the job over they refused. so i asked for my money back they refused to give me a refund. Then would not return phone calls or emails when i left them messages so i called them Aj sweedler answered the phone when she picked she said if i did not stop trying to get a hold of them they would contact a layer and sue me for slander and defamation of character. Do not waste your time or money on this buisness they are a joke.

Ok we get it, you were unhappy with the job they did. That doesnt mean you get ALL of the monies paid back. They could have done the job as you described it to be done and due to your lack of volcabulary skills it was done incorrectly. Then when you are told no they are not going to redo the job or give you a refund and are asked to stop pestering them, you compound the issue by posting on the web. At what point are you going to realize that YOU are the one who will have to pay at this point if they sue you?? By simply posting on a public forum YOUR OPINION and only giving YOUR jaded and one sided version of events you have put a bullseye on your back for them to sue you. YOU have given them all the ammo they now need to go after you in a civil proceeding!! One wonders how quickly your tale of woe would change if they did indeed chose to go after you. The entire web is NOT Facebook and by assuming it is you are the only one at risk. Maybe give the FULL story and NOT the version you have rehersed in your head that makes YOU look like the best victim possible. There is 3 sides to every tale, yours, thiers, and the truth. Guess which one YOU are telling. By your own admission they DID indeed do the job you wanted but YOU didnt like the job they did.
