I bought 2 Spa certificates for a Spa - Dr. Boris - from MJ Promotions. The brochures and certificates that I got say that the spa offers services from Monday through Saturday. When I called to make appointment, they said they DIDN't have estheticians on Saturdays. I am not able to get services any other day, I work all wekk 30 miles away from the spa.
I approached MJ promotions by email - they have their email address on the brochure - to make the complaint and ask for a refund. My fisrt email went out on 12/24. No response. My second email went out on 1/7. No reponse.
I called this week on Monday and talked to the receptionist. She told me she would ask the manager to call me right away. No response. I called again this Wednesday. She told me the manager was not in on Monday, but that she will defientely tell him to contact me urgently that day. No response.
Now I see that they have a complaint on this same website, and the manager/BP - David Slous - replied to that report promptly the same day. I WHISH HE COUL REPLY TO MY REPEATED EMAILS AND CALLS AT LEAST ONCE AS QUICKLY AS HE REPLIES TO THIS OTHER REPORT.
I stil haven't heard from him - or anybody at MJ Promotions. I paid $96 for the certificates and I want my refund. This company seems like a scam, they are completely unresponsive, and I will proceed through other methods to get my refund.
