MK Wireless Or Onlymyphone.com Beware of MK Wireless Online Internet
I ordered a phone face plate and an a phone holder online on July 5th, 2009. I purchased 3rd day air - so that I would have the items by July 9th.
I still had not received the items by July 17th. When I called this company, they cut me off three times. When I finally got through, the customer service rep. was extremely unpleasant. She told me that the items were backordered. When I inquired about the 3rd day air shipping, she told me that the shipping charges applied to the date the items were SHIPPED, not the date the item was ordered.
I asked her to reimburse my credit card for the 3rd day air and instead charge me the ground rate. My credit card was never reimbursed. I sent three e-mails to this company inquiring about my order status. None of these e-mails were ever answered. I still haven't received my order.
I reported them to my credit card company and they happily disputed the claim.
