Hello Visitors ,
First & foremost , we would like to thank Marion for there updated & true comments . Yes , we completely agree that Marion faced some software issue in there unmanaged server before & we tried our best to provide true support 24 X 7 even the servers was unmanaged one . We even changed all hardware including memory , processors ,cabinet with new tested one ,yet issue not gone.
On 5th day , our support team asked marion to handle there server to us for software related check & we found issue with software only "blue screen problem is because of outdated rdpsys file ".
From 6th day , everything is normal & running fine .
he filed one paypal case for the same & escalated the dispute to paypal .As soon as he filed dispute ,Paypal asked all documents from us related to same dispute & our billing department submitted the same . Finally , Our company won the case .
As per our refund policy ,we won't refund for addons (Windows 2008 OS ) & setup fee ,yet we credited 100% one month charges ($120) in there account .

After filing this report, The company contacted me offering to make things right. I am overall very satisfied with the amount of support they provided, in trying to resolve my issue.
I have asked RipOffReport several times to remove this report, but they are not responding to my emails.. So i figure it would only be right to update this and set the record straight..
The servers they offered, Actually gave me the 1Gbps that i paid for, This is the first US Based 1Gbps hosting company that I have found that would offer me the full 1Gbps, My speed tests averaged 900Mbps down, and here is a test for proof: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2176723097.png.
My bad experience was likely due to the fact that my time was very sensitive, And downtime wasn't something that i could afford to do. The company was more than willing to help me get back up and running, But I did not have the time to wait on the issue to be resolved. I expected everything to work out of the box, and that wasn't my case. Considering the price they offer these servers at, I would consider using them, Because they offer so many things for FREE (ie Windows, and the Ram Upgrade) The amount of support offered considering the price is also very good as well. Even then the issue could have been a software issue, they were more than willing to look and possibly fix it for me. No other company ive used in the past offered that sort of support on any software.
