mobile.top40-charts.com did not SMS the ring tone to me; charged my phone account $5.00 Cleveland Internet
After much searching, I found the perfect polyphonic version of the Sex and the City theme and followed the steps to purchase it. I was careful to make sure I was not subscribing to any monthly service.
I never received a text message but my phone account was charged the $5.00 fee for the ringtone.
Is there any recourse? I really want the ringtone and they can keep the $5.00!
