Modern Windows of New York Arrogance will not be tolerated Buffalo, New York
This company is having a promotion. Our card was pulled from the box to receive an estimate and be offered a certificate toward the price of this project. The arrogance of this company was unbelievable. They didn't show up for the first estimate appointment. They did show up for the second attempt. The man was curtious and promised to get back with us with brand names, numbers and answers. We received a call today telling us that both decision makers MUST be present for the sales presentation. Not just one person, both. I told the man that I would not give up work time, nor overtime to meet if it can be done with just one person there. They wouldn't do this. Both of us had to be there. The pompus and arrogance of the manager (Greg) was unbelievable. I told him that I was the block captain on our block and would tell other neighbors to cross this company off their list when it comes to looking at home improvements. I've sent an e-mail to the company, but to date, no answer. I would not advise anyone using this company, not unless there is an attitude change. Arrogance will not be tolerated. I wanted to impress upon them that their company needs us, not the other way around.
