This company is a FRAUD. They advertise through online deals such as livingsocial.com. Once you buy your voucher, don't expect to hear from them other than to possibly go through the motions of scheduling service even though they have no intentions of showing up!

In my case, they were supposedly booked up beyond the expiration date of the voucher but assured me they would honor it since I had made contact beforehand. However, Modo was a no-show on the service date and I have not been able to reach them to reschedule ... they don't return calls, emails or online contact forms and they are not at their business location during posted open hours. Because all of this occurred AFTER the voucher had expired, LivingSocial will not process a refund so Modo gets their money without providing any service!
