WEARCAN I START I ANSWER A PHONE CALL AT MY HOUSE.THE CALL WAS ABOUT MODIFY UTAH. ORG. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD HELP ME TO MODIFY MY MORGAGE. SO I WENT TO THE I WENT WITH INFORMATION THEY NEEDED TO HELP ME OUT WITH MY MODIFY. I SPOKE TO DAX HOLMSTEAD I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM AT 9:00AM ON OCTOBER 6, 2009.HE TOLD THAT THEY WEAR GONNA HELP ME.I ASKED DAX HOLMSTEAD ARE YOU GONNA CHARGE ME FOR THE MODIFICATION.

DAX HOLMSTEAD SAID NO SO TOLD HIM OK BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MONEY TO PAY HE SAID ITS OK.SO AFTER COUPLE OF MONTHS I FOUND OUT THAT{ PAY IT FOR ME} WAS TAKING OUT MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ME KNOWING.SO I SPOKE WITH RANDY ABOUT WHY TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT HE SAID I THOUGHT YOU NEW I SAID NO RANDY SAID WHAT YOU THINK IT WAS FREE I SAID NO I WAS TOLD I WAS GONNA PAY YOU AFTER MY MODIFICATION WENT THREW.HE RANDY SAID NO.I RECORDED A CONVERSATION WITH RANDY SAYING THAT I WAS GONNA GET MY MONEY BACK IF MY MODIFICATION DIDN'T GO THREW.

ALSO THAT I WASN'T GONNA GIVE THE LAST PAYMENT UNTIL MY MODIFICATION WENT THREW AND IF IT DIDN'T I WASN'T GONNA DO THE LAST PAYMENT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I CALLED I TALKED TO ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOLD HIM IF I COULD SPEAK WITH HITLORY HE SAID THAT SHE WAS NO IN YET TO WORK SO HE ASKED ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU MY BANK SEND ME A LEETER SAYING THAT MY MODIFY WAS NOT ELGIBLE.SO HE ASKED ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ME TO CHECK ON ME ACCOUNT I HAVE WITH HE TOLD ME I CAN NO GET Y MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T GIVE THE LAST PAYMENT.ALSO THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME NO INFORMATION CAUSE I DIDN'T GIVE MY LAST PAYMENT.

DAX HOLMSTEAD AND HITLORY TOLD ME THAT MY MODIFICATION WAS ON REVEW EVERYTIME CALLED THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING.SO INSTEAD IF THEM CALLING ME I HAD TO CALL THEM HITLORY WAS SUPOSTE TO CALL ME SHE DID FOR A WHILE BUT THEN SHE STOPED CALLING ME SO IV'E BEEN CALLING AND NEVR ANSWER HER PHONE WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRANSFER ME. SO WHE I CALLED FOR THE LAST TIME THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE BUISSNES WAS CLOSE. I SAID TO MY SELF I LOST MY MONEY THE AMOUNT WAS (2,995.00).SO I HOPE SOMEONE COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE THAT NEED IT THEY (RIP OFFS)
