This story is actually very funny! There is no case and you are definitely not a lawyer that is going to get me for fraud. The email that we send out to potential clients is not the way you have altered it. Reason being is that we have never taken any retainer fees from anyone. Our company does not request retainer fees. We do not charge monthly fees, and we do not charge slotting fees. All of these accusations are incorrect. Anyone who has dealt with us already knows for a fact that we do not request retainer fees. So the fact of the matter is that this is definitely a fraudulent accusation. And you know exactly what I'm talking about Richard Whyle from Knoll Foods, LLC that has ripped off so many people for large retainer fees as high as $3,500 each. You failed to pay your employees there well earned wages. And many reports and court cases against you from various companies that you have taken large retainer fees from. They have all been warned about you and they are being assisted and building cases against you. And there is no law stating that a business cannot operate out of home office. If you want to keep making false claims and complaints so be it...but the fact of the matter remains is that no one pays retainer fees with us. We proudly strive for the 5% commissions, that we actually work for. We do not take large retainer fees and run away like you do. Everyone knows that you're hiding from the law and various scams that you have ran in various states that you have lived in. You and your wife are not innocent and you know what you have done to many trusting companies, thinking that you were going to help them but in return all they got unreturned phone calls and you emailing them and stating that you owe them nothing. So anyone who's reading this I want you to understand this very clear that this person Richard Whyle of Knoll Foods, LLC is a scam artist. And whoever has given him large retainer fees he will do everything in his power to avoid repaying anyone. So in your little imaginary world where we have supposedly stolen $5,000 from you? Is nothing but a false accusation and there is no case. Because there is no proof or any cases stating that we have stolen money from your company it's funny how you make a report but you do not State the name of your company or your name so that's pretty shady. So good luck in your life and you know that Karma will catch up to you eventually. Everyone please be warned.
