This is the letter I wrote to Teresa from Animal Control thanks to Chad.
Chad, I am in Long Beach, how do I get in contact with you so I can become a part of this suit.
Teresa, I am writing you in regards to an article I saw on ripoff report here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/Animal-Abuse/Monique-Michelle-Mat/monique-michelle-matthews-fra-73C3A.htm I am a victim of this women and I have thousands of dollars of debt in Vet bills for my loved Charlie a purebred boston terrier who most definitely is not. 1. We almost lost him in his first month. He had Parvo, Giardia, Coccidia, heartworm, he has it all. He is now one year old, and he has severe hip dysplasia and we are most likely going to be looking at a $15,000 hip replacement for him to have any quality of life in the future. When we purchased him, he had a deformed front right leg, and we were offered a small refund for the pup (about $300) which we took. His front leg ended up growing up healthy, but his hips are in horrible shape. We have wisdom paneled him, and have found him as 50% Boston, 25% Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and 25% bulldog. I want to get in on the lawsuit mentioned above and I was curious if you could point me in the right direction. My girlfriend works at an emergency animal hospital, and we have all of his records and xrays. I am convinced Charlie would have been put down if we had not saved him these poor animals are being sold all messed up and unhealthy and it is so sad and unfair to the animals to see this happening. How do you sell somebody a new puppy and have it die on them the same night? That is so horrible!

My boyfriend and I bought boston terrier puppy from "michelle" this past july and she wanted to meet us at a park to let us see the puppies she had available. When we got to the park we waited over a hour for her and when she finally showed up she said she saw us and was in the park giving vaccines to her friends dog. When we saw our the puppies the one we bought was very under weight but she also could have been a runt, "michelle" told us she was $750 but in the end we ended up paying over $1000 with registration fees and fees to have her micro chip activated. I have contacted her many times and she have given me to run around about the papers that we should have gotten by now. Now i know how long it takes to get papers due to my other boston terrier having champion bloodlines. I can say that the only medical issues we have had happen to our puppy was that she was infested with hookworms(which our vet said that it was very weird for a puppy in our area to have hookworms and did she come from this state, coccidia, giardia and also another parisite that the lad could not figure out what it was. We also were charged by "elite board shops" as well and i honestly would love to talk to any of the other dog owners on here that have been taken by her. Please if anyone would like to take action please contact me

I also bought a Boston Terrier from this person. I'd like to obtain information from the actual breeder and find out the potential illness my dog could get. My dog dveloped a false pregnacy and skin reaction due to the hormonal inbalance that leads to an autoinmune system disorder. Any genetic information will help treat the problem.

Ms. Matthews, or whoever she is, is currently listing Shih Tzu's and Cavalier King Charles pups for sale on petsunlimited.com and breeders.net under the names "Joanie" and "Mona". the Breeders.net listing actually says to call Michelle but she has apparently acquired a new phone number (626) 253-9206 to avoid the calls my wife and I have been placing to her to try and resolve the issue with the sick dogs she sold (actually re-sold) to us after having a vet declare them "unfit for sale". That was of course not disclosed to us at purchase. She is the person on the outgoing voice message and her pet listings are all very similar in language and description, regardless the breed of dog she's trying to push.
