Everything i said in my post is true. I re-read it and remember it exactly, even though its been years now.
All anyone has to do is read Keiths response / rebuttal and see that He basically tries to blame and attack the customer.
His description of my behavior is condescending and totally unprofessional.
No doubt i was upset when my $6000 air conditioning system was wired backwards in the hottest part of the summer.
No doubt I was upset at the terrible lack of concern from customer service and management.
No doubt I was upset that Keith thought it was funny that his employee was partying too much and that was why he wasnt answering the pages.
No doubt that I was upset that I had to spend several nights elsewhere because my home was unbearable to be inside.
No doubt I was upset that ductwork was not connected and trash in my yard and crawl space etc,etc,...
Everyone can read and see that Keith makes no apology for any of those facts that i wrote.
And then, he unbelievably gives us all life lessons in his rebuttal.
I think everyone gets the picture very clearly.
There was nothing professional about the employees, Keith or the customer service at Morningside.
Everyone can read my post and his reply. Make your own informed decision.

I think to those that read my original posting , the facts are obviously honest and clear. It's interesting to note also that he doesn't deny any of the many facts and situations that I wrote about. Like I said , there are plenty of companies out there that are excellent and come recommended - use one and save yourself alot of hassle. I know as far as Alpharetta goes , there is a publication that comes out every year recommending contractors for all kinds of jobs. They may end up being a little more money , but maybe not. Either way its worth everyones time to check em out. Take care Alpharetta Home Owner

In regards to the report on Morningside Heating and air filed on 8/06/07. I would first like to clear up the customer's mistakes in his complaint. i'm Keith the guy he seems to hate. First his add was placed on 8/6/07. I have not worked for Morningside since 4/14/07, so first of all his information is at least a year old, must have been really important to him to wait a year to write his letter. Second if it is the customer I think it is he failed to let you know he called my office in a screaming, raging fit as if he was 2 years old. He was cursing every other word and was told that if he continued with his language he would be hung up on , he continued and was hung up on. I don't tolerate fits from my faimly, children, grandchildren, and not from him either. Perhaps most peoples attitudes usually get the same types of response, is that what he was looking for? Either way his so called facts are off base from the spot where he put the date on the paper, go figure. I have been in air conditioning for over 20 years and my theory is that we don't have problems we have soloutions, however someone must be willing to allow the chance to make everything right, we are only human same as everyone else. People Cannot change what is fated to happen or actions of events or other people. What we can change is our reaction to such things with the attitude we adopt. In truth, our attitude can be more important than anything we do. It can make or break families, companies, and nations. It is more important than schooling, talent, looks, or wealth. How we react is everything and our attitude is the choice we have; it is a choice we make every minute of every day. It is a state of mind that no one can take from us. If we are in control of our attitudes, we are in control of our lives. in my opinion thats the best way to live.
