They did the same exact thing to me. I ordered in March of 2009 using their "Early Bird Special" ON a gazebo canopy replacement cover.
Loads of communication at first, wanting measure ments of top tier, then another saying their manufactor sent different measurements so they had to go through thier stock and find the right one.
Then it was, their phone # was changed, but they were sorry for the delay. Then, they didn't recieve the measurements I had sent, so send them again.
Then I recieved a mail that my item was in process and I would recieve tracking # shortly. This last one was about 45 days into it. Of course I paid with paypal and the filing deadline is 45 days.
After that nothing, couldn't get them to return messages. They never answered it automatically goes to voice mail.
Sent 5-6 emails, never responded.
I have been on ebay for a long time, so I know about the 45 day deadline, so I filed UNAUTHORIZED USE.
There is no deadline, and according to paypal, if you didn't recieve anything and they can't prove you did, that is unauthorized use.
They responded to the paypal complaint within 12 hours! I guess they can get messages! And of course they responded that they don't have access to anybodys paypal account but since they can't prove that they sent they had to refund.
So, If they do this to you.
1. don't let it go past 30 days!
2 if you already have, file for unauthorized use. There is NO time Limit!
3. If you were already denied by Paypal. Call them and tell them you want to refile under unauthorized use. You filed the wrong one the first time and you did not recieve a thing from this company!
