Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

About a year after my mothers death in (my only living relative.) I purchased the Motor Millions kit in October of 2003 I saw on the TV spot. I received about 4 thin books that explained the basics in the used car business. A day Later Jerry Nyahay pitched a Selling used cars on the Net Program. I signed for the Platinum Level of their Website I also purchased the TV ad spot and the $2000.00 upgrade of Search engines. I was given no help or advice whatsoever on how to attract potential buyers and sellers to my web address. I had tried to get a refund twice from Motor Millions and they told me No. I had spoken to Jay Nettles the accounts manager there and he was very abusive to me on the phone when I had asked him for a refund. I called each of the Four Credit card companies at the Time that this had happened to me and they had issued me temporary refunds pending investigation. Because the Charges were legit(they record the credit transactions) the charges stood. Because of these people my condition on which I draw a disability check once a month has worsened and I have absolutely no credit rating and I do not even have the money to file bankruptcy if I could. If any one out there has had any results with getting any sort of a refund from Motor Millions would you please help me! Christopher Birmingham, Alabama

The Truth About Motor Millions

I can totally understand your frustration. As a company we strive to satisfy 100% of our customers and make sure that we fulfill on everything that was promised. Reading through your report it seems that you have slipped through the cracks. We have over 100,000 satisfied students and our goal as a company is to ensure total client satisfaction. What most people don't know is that Dean sold Motor Millions to a larger company in 2004. To make a long story short, they made significant changes to the company to increase the bottom line and in return, they diminished customer satisfaction and were overloaded with refund requests. They tried to manage, yet got overwhelmed and put the company into major debt and basically stopped paying the bills and refunds. At this point, Dean had two options; he could watch the company he built go bankrupt at the hands of another and watch them not pay the people who got involved. And by all rights he could since he did not own the company. BUT most people got involved in Motor Millions not knowing that Dean was no longer the owner, it was Dean on TV and he was the one who created the manuals and books. So instead of just watching this happen, he took Motor Millions back-or should I say he took on enormous amount of debt. Debt he did not create. He took the show off the air because he was not satisfied with the new products they were selling and Dean started chipping away at the debt and paying refunds to people that were in the refund queue. He was using personal money and money he was making from real estate and other ventures to pour into the debt filled Motor Millions company. Many people got upset because they did not know the details and that was a hard thing to bear because Dean worked so hard to create a solid company with the highest customer satisfaction rate possible. This was just more motivation to pay everyone back. The fact is that many people were delayed for a long time to get a refund, but no one was denied. To date, Dean has spent over a Million Dollars of his own money paying back people for a product that he was never even paid on. One last thing. Dean was a broke kid who made a great deal of money from cars and taught others how to do the same with Motor Millions. Dean also found amazing ways to make money with real estate at a young age and went on to make millions in real estate. He is still an avid investor and teaches people techniques he learns through trial and error. His new book Be A Real Estate Millionaire is a NY times best seller and an amazing book. I just took over the client satisfaction department and I want to make certain that we did handle every student with the best service and education available. If for any reason you feel that you have not received the level of satisfaction that is up to our standards or yours, please contact me immediately for resolution. I will be able to settle any issue or answer any questions you may have. Please email me at [email protected] and I will get back to you within one business day. Please feel free to contact me at my office as well, 1-800-489-7003, for any satisfaction concerns. If you do not speak to a live person please leave a detailed message and I will follow up with you within 24-48 hours of your call. Megan Smith Client Satisfaction Director

Have gotten almost 100% of my money back

Hey, I've talked to Ryan several times, and although it's taken me a heck of a long time to get the money back that I HAVE gotten back, Ryan has been AMAZING at handling every call with professionalism and decency. I have no idea why he's the only one working for their refund department (also, I believe his name is Ryan Patton, not Patrick)... but with that much pressure, it has to be 1,000x worse than being a telemarketer, and I believe I would go crazy if I had his job. Any company that goes bankrupt and completely loses everything is going to have a hard time refunding every person of their money. All of my family and friends said "You just watch--you won't get a dime back. You'll call them and get a disconnected number, and the business will be off the face of the earth, and your money will be gone." Every time I've called Ryan (because he sends small checks whenever they have the money, and I keep calling to inquire about more), he answers the phone. I have never gotten a voicemail for Ryan until today...he has always picked up. That's more than I can say for any other company. He always tries to see what he can do, and I usually get a $200-400 check in the mail every few months. I've been calling him since last January, besides the checks I received before that, when it was easier for the company to refund more money. However, I will say that I called today and it says "voicemail box full for Ryan Patton" and I'm worried that it IS another way of saying "disconnected number." I'm worried no one will take his place, and unfortunately it's the last working number for Motor Millions that I have. I don't know if I will ever get the rest of my money back. I better get it back... but if not, I'm taking it as a lesson learned (not to be so quick at signing up for "get rich" programs on TV), and I will still think highly of Ryan. If he eventually left, I would assume one of two things: either he quit because of the pressure (so what? I'd understand), or the company itself has finally given up because they're too far in the hole and owe way too many people money, and can't even get loans to pay us back anymore. I'm not saying that's an excuse. The company needs to give us back our money. But I was willing to wait and get it when they had money... I don't think others were willing to wait, and therefore, they've probably freaked out and jumped off the map. I suppose I'd feel differently if I didn't get over 75% of my money back out of the $3,000 I paid. And maybe I'm just naiive as to the whole business/bankrupt process. I do still want my money. :-p

I am STILL SEEKING JUSTICE

I had submiited a report on Motor Millions back in March. I got to speak to Ryan Patrick who is in charge of giving out refunds. It was agreed between him and Dean Grazioci to refund me $500.00. I received a payment of $200.00 in MAY. I am still waiting for the balance of $300.00. It is now the middle of July. I have been calling him just about everyday since I received a partial refund. He had kept putting me off for over 3 months. He has kept making me promises of sending me this money. He called me on July 3rd and told me that he was mailing me out my $300.00 balance. The check has not arrived it is July the 12th. In the beginning of last month which was June he said I would receive it between the first and second week of June. At the end of June I got a call from someone who was covering up for him that he had to go to his parents house because he cannot handle the pressure of dealing with honest people and cannot be honest with himself nor can he do the right thing. He is a crummy businessman. Do not believe this rat when he calls you and says that you are getting anything that has been mailed propmtly. If anyone knows this rats cell phone no. would they please post it for me? Thanks.
