Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a used deisel class A motorhome from Motorhome Specialists, dealing with their salesman, Mitch Bennett. He comes across as sincere and honest, or so he/they appeared. When I arrived the motorhome was no as advertised, needing many things to be fixed to be usable. I waited 3 days at their site to get all that done.

Now, Two long months after the purchase Mitch is still promising to send me things he has repeatedly said his parts department has in hand: for example the latch to prevent  the refrigerator door from opening, the springs for the hydraulic park leveling system, the cable for the reclining chair that leans too far back to be usable, etc. Without these parts, i must now order them myself, IF I can find someone to SELL and SHIP them to me.  I will have to REPLACE the reclinig chair which matches the other furniture, unless I can find the cable.

I paid thousands of dollars and traveled 1,200 miles roundtrip to do business with the "largest motorhome dealer in the world" only to be ripped off.  They have the ability to deliver all the parts and all the assistance they want to deliver, but once you sign and pay them, you're on your own. Do not expect anything further from them after the deal is made.

Can I recommend them to new or used buyers? No way, in good conscience could I recommend buying from them. Their price was reasonable, but not cheap, so I see no advantage to dealing with them-unless all you want is hearing repeated promises with no Action.  Mark, Franklinton, Louisiana
