This is Aydin Ozan, company owner from www.motovelo.us
The customer in question bought our upgraded HP kit, and mistook it for a cheaper generic version, that is not uprated or sold by us.
Yes you can purchase less expensive versions from us, but for $320 you get a 35MPH motorized bicycle engine conversion kit, with a 80cc 2 stroke engine and the following upgrades:
1) Hi quality metric M6 main mounting studs, and M8 headbolts.
2) A flow ported inlet manifold, one piece aluminum.
3) A ported exhaust header, matched to the port gasket, along with muffler chamber modifications for freer flowing exhaust gasses.
4) A tuned carb with a "fatter" needle, and a hotter range spark plug to match.
These in turn produce ~15% more horsepower then the standard kit. We are the ONLY company who does in-house machining operations and modifies the engines.
