mountainblack.com not transparent (lost money) london, Internet
ordered a jacket because in was displayed "in stock" (it was sold out at all other online shops). amount was charged in US$ instead of ; exchange rate was far away from actual exchange rate. email request was not properly answered. after two weeks i've contacted mountainblack.com and asked when the jacked will be delivered: no clear answer. i've sugested mountainblack to cancel the order without cancellation fee if it can not be delivered: order was immediately cancelled and 25% cancellation fee where charged. blackmountain.com did not reply to my complain that i did not cancel the order...
lost more than 200. email reply pretty delayed and did not answer the questions asked.
my advice: don't do business with mountainblack.com
