MPMSOFT Sends Junk Faxes Napa, California
MPMSOFT Medical Billing Software continues to break the law by continuously sending me a steady stream of unsolicited junk faxes all year long trying to sell me a product that I have no interest or need to purchase after numerous attempts to get my fax number removed I am still receiving this garbage.
A Federal law was passed in 1991 known as the TCPA making it illegal to send any material transmitted via facsimile machines that advertises any property, goods, or services without that person's prior permission. I encouraged anyone that also received a junk fax from this company to make additional comments to this report and file a complaint with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.
It is sad when people have to break the law by sending these unwanted fax advertisements and wasting the electricity, paper and toner that consumers have to pay for. In my opinion it would be a disgrace to purchase a medical billing software product from a company that is clearly breaking the law and refuses to use traditional forms of advertising.
