M.R. Carter stole my $595.00 back in July 2010 and I am still waiting for my refund, it is now December 2011. They could not reduce my credit card percentages and when I try to contact them I only get excuses and forced to wait longer. People should stay away from this company.

M.R.Carter's contract states, that if they are unable to assist me, in getting my credit card rates reduced, I would be refunded in 30 days. Tim from M.R.Carter's refund department said I had claimed fraud, this is an outright lie!!!! I contacted both credit card companies, they said their was no such record of such a claim.
The action taken by M.R.Carter forced me to close these accounts. I could not afford to have $595.00 taken from me. I contacted the BBB and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. These companies were unable to assist me due to the fact that M.R. Carter was unco-operative. I have been now trying since July,2010 and it is now December, 2011. It would be nice to put this matter to rest. I discovered from M.R.Carters web site that I am not the only victim of M.R.Carter's fraud.
