MSI Credit Solutions is the biggest scam ever. MY husband and I were trying to buy our first home when we learned of MSI. I read th testimonials, and everything sounded great. So, we signed up with Rey Salomon. Rey told us everything that we wanted to hear. A very smooth talker. He told us that after we bagan the program we would start receiving letters from all of our creditors, receiving weekly phone call from him to let us know that status of our repair process, and every 30-45 days new credit reports with updated info. We paid the fee. $975.00 for my husband and $775 for myself. The easiest way to put it is that Rey Salomon in full of LIES. We have never received anything. He told us that we would get a welcome packet in the mail with postage paid envelopes to mail these letters, good thing we never got any. I never received this alleged welcome pack, even asking him to send it 4 times. Every time he said it would be here in 2 days. Rey also told us to go on and pay down the balances on our credit cards, which we did, and not to have anymore late payments. I have contacted our mortgage company and all of the negative items are still there, however; because WE paid our items down, our credit score has improved dramatically.

The customer service reps for MSI are equally as bad. I spoke to one named Chris and told him of all the problems we were having and before I could finish he hung up on me.

The reason that we received no letters is because Rey told us that the had our things going to a PO Box there in Dallas so they could receive the info faster. I asked the customer service rep about this PO BOX, he had never heard of such a thing. Atleast I got that out of him before I was hung up on.

So, The moral of the story is this: Pay your bills on time and you will do more credit repair that MSI Credit can do. Do not let them steal your money as they have to many. DO NOT TRUST MSI CREDIT OR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. IT IS A SCAM.

Ask me for the credit report and Ill fax it to you so you can see.

They wanted to cancel 2 months into the program and get there money back. We told them that they can cancel but they wont get there money back because they recieved deletions. So they decided to hurt us. I have there credit reports with the deletions that we helped remove if you want to see them.

If there is not a confirmation number, I will take an email specifically stating that my card will not be charged further processing fees. I would like you to also put the last four numbers of my card in the email so I can forward it to my bank. Thank you. Christian M From: @msicredit.com To: @hotmail.com Subject: RE: Cancellation Date: Mon, 11 May 2009 14:07:06 -0500 By the way you should be getting a group of credit reports in the mail, make sure to look at them carefully, they should have more deletions..And before I sent you the last email you sent me an email saying to just cancel. I will and I wont pay for the fees, if you dont want me to. But make sure to look at the next round of credit reports there should be allot more deleted. If there are some more deletions make sure to send those credit reports in. From: christian Sent: Monday, May 11, 2009 2:03 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation No Thank you. Last time, Cancel Keith and I both out of the program. My card better not be charged any more fees. Send me the cancellation confirmation. Christian M From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation Date: Mon, 11 May 2009 13:41:59 -0500 Im still willing to pay the $69 fees to let you know that this program does workYou last time told me to just cancel it.That you didn't want me to do anything. But if you do get where you want to be then you just pay me back the $69 fee's. From: christian m[mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, May 11, 2009 1:33 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation No thanks. What is done is done. I know I will not receive a refund for early termination of our contracts. I just want the public to know the truth now, and that will be happening soon. The only thing left is for you to send me that confirmation that you have canceled my card. I want no further contact other than that. Have a great day. Christian M From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation Date: Mon, 11 May 2009 13:17:38 -0500 Why don't you call me we will talk about it.I've been trying to call you.. From: christian m [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, May 11, 2009 12:38 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation I think that is so conducive to what you have told me from the beginning of this whole process. Empty promises. No follow-through. You just told me the other day that you would continue to work on our credit through the six months, even though we were canceling, and to add to that, I asked you repeatedly about receiving a refund at the end of the six months and you said that we would if our credit did not come up 50 points. I am so glad that I did not expect much from that conversation. More Empty Promises. I am going to do my best by not letting your company scam anyone else as you have scammed us. I have already contacted the BBB and filed a complaint on Rip Off Report. This just adds to all of your other collected complaints from all of your other "satisfied" customers. Also, lucky for me, I have a very close friend in production on Good morning America who has been putting together a report on your company for about two months now. It should be released very soon. The negative info was too easy to find, not to mention a couple of your "satisfied" customers that will also be speaking. So, I do know not to expect a refund, but what the public will be getting in return is far more valuable. Thank you again for all of your help. Christian M From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Cancellation Date: Mon, 11 May 2009 10:48:19 -0500 Yes I canceled it, now your contract says if you cancel before the 6 months you are not eligible for the 50 point guarantee, I hope you read that in your contract. From: christian m [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, May 11, 2009 10:41 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Cancellation Rey, I just want to make sure that you have canceled mine and Keith's account. I also want to make sure that our credit card is not going to be charged for the monthly fees. If you could just send me a confirmation via email about our card cancellation that would be fine. Thank you. Christian M The email above is sent by this client and myself.. As you can see I repeatedly tried to help her. I even offered to make her $69 payments out of my own pocket to avoid her being upset.. Also, she said that we advised her about how to make her scores go up and they did go up, as she mentioned. She also didnt mention how we removed 2 collections accounts off her husbands credit report. But she didnt deny that she didnt get any deletions in this email. Proving that we did remove some items. I also told her if she did get to where she needed to be then all she needed to do was to pay me back. And she said no thanks. She also states that she knew that she would not receive a refund for early termination. Which is why she is upset because she didnt receive her money back and the contract specifically states that early termination keeps her from getting her money back. Which she would have received if her scores wouldnt have gone up 50 points. Which in fact her scores did go up by doing exactly what we told her to do and by removing 2 collection accounts...Now again she also says this....... Rey also told us to go on and pay down the balances on our credit cards, which we did, and not to have anymore late payments. I have contacted our mortgage company and all of the negative items are still there, however; because WE paid our items down, our credit score has improved dramatically. Now the advise I gave her, gave her better scores, as she admits in this email...How funny that a bad companies advise would better her scores.... We have over 500 mortgage companies and banks that use us across the U.S. if you want to talk to them to show you we are a reputable company give us a call. She has also mentioned that she reported us to the better business bureaus. There have only been 4 complaints in the companies last 3 years. When on average most companies have 400 or more in 3 years. You can only find 4 complaints on the company. Id say that's pretty good out of the thousands of people we have helped. If you also need names and numbers of people who have gone through our program, please call us we will be more than happy to give you 3000 people if needed.
