Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

These criminals infect your computer with viruses, then freeze it, therefore forcing you to call their number on your screen. They pretend to fix your problems by selling you all kind of faked services, like installing a lock on your computer or cleaning your printer etc.., but instead, they hack your system and your network, installing thousands of malware programs. When you realize you have been scammed and you try to get your money back, they make you buy iTunes gift cards, pretending to use them to reimburse you. Due to this scam, I had to spend thousands of dollars, in order to clean and protect my computer. This is all fraudulent and a huge scam and you never get your money back.

So far, they robbed me of $2600. They are laughing all the way to the bank and they do not even try to hide. Beware of a woman named Anna Gibson (I hope this not an alias). She is the big conspirator and  is extremely shrewed and conniving, a real con artist. At first, when I wanted my money back, I contacted my credit card company and they told me to try to solve the issue with the company and if not successful, I had three months to get back to them, in order to open an investigation. Well, that Anna Gibson dragged me for three months, exchanging friendly emails, letting me think she would give me back my money, until we went over the date limit set by my credit card company. I was screwed. I lost track of her for a while, but then, I kept receiving calls from mstechhelppro, telling me that my computer had been hacked and that they had to get in to fix it.

At first, I refused, but one day, I pretended to accept their offer. I asked for the woman (Anna Gibson) I had dealt with before, and sure enough, they had her called me right away. The first thing she told me was that my computer had been hacked and they had to get in, in order to fix the problem. Of course I refused and told her I was busy and woud get back to her. A week later, I called her back. I mentioned my disastrous previous experience with her and told her I wanted my money back, which was at the time, ($1200. in canadian currencies). She told me that I was in luck, since she just had a promotion and that she was in a position to reimburse me, So, she explained to me that they were not permitted to take our credit card number any longer online and that the only way was to buy some iTunes gift cards, give her the security code and with this, she would pay me back the original amount ($1200) plus the cost of the cards (10 cards at $100.). How dumb and gullible can you get? I totally bought her reasoning. She even sent me an email confirming that this amount ($2200.) would be deposited into my checking account in fifteen minutes. Of course, there was no such deposit.I contacted her and she told me that I had to buy more cards ($400. worth), to cover the exchange in american currencies.

After complying to her last request, it was still not good enough. I had to buy 4 more cards of $100, since the system didn't accept them. This time, finally (my old age doesn't validate my naivety and my stupidity), I totally refused and told her that if within the next few days, I haven't received my money, I would report her to the R.C.M.P (the equivalent of the F.B.I. in Canada) Of course, the money never came, so I did just that. I called her to let her know and while someone else answered, I could hear her in the back, on the phone, telling another gullable customer, that he had to buy 4 iTunes cards at $100. I told the man who answered what I had heard in the background and asked if it was Anna Gibson. He pretended to be startled and totally unaware of what was goig on and hung up on me. I called back and guess who answered this time, Anna (I know her voice very well, by now). She had the nerve to try to disguise her voice and pretended this was a mental hospital (remember, she is very coy and very shrewed) and hung up on me, as well. I have a feeling this is done from her residence (since I often hear a child talking or screaming in the background and the only male who answered is probably the husband. Now, I have to put an x on my money, as I am positive I will never get it back.

Please, don't make the same mistake as me and be very vigilant. I only hope that these b******* get caught and do some jail time.
