Jihad Muhaisen should not be allowed to practice law in Colorado. He has pocketed a lot of client's retainer fees with absolutely no recourse.
On two personal injury cases that we know of, he kept almost the entire settlement amount. One of the settlements was from his own cousin's motorcycle accident where the victim received about $20k and Jihad Muhaisen kept over $100K.
He once scammed the local Denver Sheik out of $5,000.
He has been known to commit numerous insurance fraud cases.
Jihad Muhaisen forged his cousin's signature with Wells Fargo to obtain a second mortgage on a house. On that same house, he scammed numerous family members out of money.
All the claims here can be proven.
Do not do business with J.F. Muhaisen or Muhaisen & Muhaisen.

The case pending in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, captioned Muhaisen, et al. v. John and Jane Does 1 through 100, Case No. 1:17-cv-01575-PAB. The case is before The Honorable Philip A.Brimmer, Courtroom A 701, 901 19th Street Denver, CO 80294.
