Museum of Contemporary Art 1100 1001 Kettner San Diego 92101 MCASD www.mcasd.org 858-454-3541 Main location is in La jolla. This "Museum" was a titanic waste of time. I enjoyed the Balboa Park Museums so much more. The staff at the kettner location was horribly stuck up and the museum was incredibly tny. In other words it was a rip off. The museum became more of a ripoff when we realized we were over charged for the visit. The card was charged three times . We contacted the main location in La Jolla, they could no be bothered to help. We contacted the Kettner location and were given the run around. After promising to correct the problem , nothing happened. The only way to have the charges removed was to contact my credit card company. Museum of Contemporary Art was a double disappointment.

There does seem to be hateful management behind this museum. i've spoken to neighbors who said that the museum refuses to turn off bright lights and they also refuse to investigate criminal activities on their parking lot. Besides ripping off the public with triple charging, The museum is a very hostile neighbor.
