This services is a RIP OFF. They ask for a NetSpend or Greendot Card so there will be not way to trace them or track down where you sent your money. Please do not use this service or send your card number to them it's a complete scam!!!! The FBI is currently investigation the MoneyGram code they are using to take your money. Hopefully they will be found and dealt with accordingly.
