My SoCal Cleaning Bees Fraudulant and professional scam artists wrote NSF funds and occupy my home. Internet California
Be very careful before having any kind of working relationship with the company called my so cal cleaning bees or Begone Cleaning as they are fraud and professional scam artists. After the so called single parent woman owned company cleaned my home she expressed an interest in renting my home under her name as Sissi Blanco. She mentioned that she would be living in my home with her two children and that she had two cats. She made herself appear to be a very professional and sincere business person. She made up a story about getting back from Mexico and having her wallet stolen with all of her credit cards and drivers license. So there was no drivers license presented to show her real identity. She completed a rental application and used the name Sissi Blanco. She did give a two week pro rated amount for the rent plus a deposit. Then the April Rent was due on e April 1st and there was no payment. I should say that she presented a NSF check in the amount of $ 2600 to my bank. My bank sent me a copy of the check which was from her in the name of Joeyann Cook. She never made the check good to this day. She claims that she made "bill pay so this would never happen again". I am still waiting and she also sent some sort of an epay check to my paypal account that stayed there as there were no funds in her account.
Now fast forward to May and she is still living in my big home Rent Free! She has some sort of an ex-husband hanging around and another younger man living in my home. They were not listed on the rent application. I am in the stages of eviction and was to the stage of sheriff lock out. Her ex-husband stopped the whole process now as he is claiming that he lives there. He is not a part of the fraudulent rental agreement. I believe that he lives in my home. Our family has relocated about seven hundred miles away. The eviction costs are very expensive plus I have had to pay the mortgage, trash, water, and association fees. Be very careful when renting as this is an example of professional scam artists that are living in our home free until we get them out.
