Gisela, this is the 2nd month this charge showed up on my AT&T bill. I spoke with My Voicemail network. They were very sketchy about their business and they would stop billing me, but no credit to be issued. I contacted AT&T, they have removed the charge twice now and suggested I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) My complaint is the first one on record with them. I don't know why a phone carrier would not credit back the charges. It is a separate charge unrelated to their company. You should only have to pay for their service. Lynda Dallas, TX
