My Perfect Credit Ripoff Fraudulent Unauthorized Billing to my bank account Carson City Nevada
After checking my banking account statement, I noticed a charge from MyPerfectCredit for $9.95. When I call the phone number listed, I get a message center who claims they have no information. In fact, all they will do is give me their web address.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and when she couldn't help me, I asked who her supervisor was. I told her I wanted to go right up the chain until somebody could fix this matter. When I said that, she hung up on me.
I immediately called back and got another rep. He said he would send me a membership cancellation form.... I'm not a member!!! He was a bit more helpful, however, and explained that the message center is completely separate from MyPerfectCredit. Apparently, MyPerfectCredit uses a third-party to screen their phone calls... sound like a scam company?
I emailed their support department and demanded a phone number to speak with somebody who could help me and have threatened to start a class action lawsuit.
Anybody looking to do business with this company, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. If you, like me, have been charged by them and have never heard of them before, please do everything you can to clear this up, and do not take no for an answer.
