Myprivaterx Aka Impact Health Care ripoff your credit card and never send products Miami Florida
January 25th I ordered online from the website of myprivaterx.com, an online perscription drug company. I received a confirmation email informing me that my credit card would be charged $358.00 under the name of Impact Health Care, Inc. (and it was). They said I will be getting a tracking number in a few days
Feb.5th I called 1-866-789-6337 the toll free number on their website I spoke with someone named Jose. He told me that my order was going to be shipped tomorrow.
Feb 12th I still hadn't received an email with tracking number or the products I ordered. At 9:00am I called the 866-789-6337 number and went through 64 minutes of automated telephonic rhetoric until I finally hung up. Again at 11:00 am and again ate 3:00 PM and again at 9:00 pm each call I got the same thing.
I sent numerous emails to evey department they have on the website without anyone ever returning an email and the phones never answer now..
They are still on the internet accepting orders and never shipping them
