There deal is too good to be true. There are hidden catches to their offer. How does 4 tickets with a $900 value per ticket(for $498)to anywhere in the world that has an international airport sound to you? All you must do is stay in one of their hotels for at least one night and fly out of an in to an international airport. You receive a reservation request form that is good for two years and is transferrable and there are no blackout days.

Wow! But wait, by giving a checking acct. routing number you save on extra charges by using a credit card. They messed up by info and it took weeks and even months for the money to leave my acct. and then they lost any record of ever receiving my last $498. Did I mention that if you buy 12 tickets you get two free? Wow! When your reservation request form arrives, you then find out that you must have two different international airports to fly out of and in to.

You also must provide three different travels dates at least 30 days apart. (I hope you and your employer are flexible.) Be careful to fill out your reservation request form correctly or it may be rejected and that would mean another $50 reprocessing fee. Once they notify you of an itinerary you must pre-pay via certified funds only. No credits are allowed, so you must have a ready stash of cash. Several others, including myself, found out the sad truth the hard way. Your options for lodging start out at about $250 per night and the number of nights required to stay ends up being the same number of nights as your trip.

(I was told there would be options that ranged from Motel 6 prices to luxury hotel prices. Also, you are lead to believe that you only have to stay one night in one of their hotels.) Futhermore, they don't tell you which destinations taken longer than a 60 day notice. One family had to make other arrangements for their flight to Brazil when they gave their 60-70 day notice, costing them even more money. I should have been as lucky as my friend. Her credit card company called and questioned billing to a foreign furniture store. Mystical Vacations said they sometimes did this to be able to get great deals for their customers.

I have been in contact with this company several times. I am still waiting for the form to fill out to get my money back. Others who were supposed to fly this month are still waiting for an itinerary. By the way, the "itinerary" gives no times, exact airlines, flight numbers, or hotel names. Of course, if you choose to not accept the itinerary or fail to make your prepayment, you may look forward to your reservation request form being voided and a reprocessing fee of $50 being applied. I now know how this company got its name.

Hi, Please know that the phone # listed under the address line for Mystical Vacations is NOT that of the company. I accidently listed the wrong #. Contact Agent Dane of the F.B.I. to report on this company. Phone: 714-542-8825. Thanks. Supposedly, this company was going to refund checks to all of us (if we once again sent them account info). Don't do it. You will not hear from them once you send any type of correspondence. It has been 6 months since the supposed refund should have come.

If you have "been taken" by Mystical Vacations, contact F.B.I. Special Agent Jeffrey Cannon (801) 818-1245. Mail info to: P.O. Box 919 Provo, UT 84603. Please make copies of reports sent to the Dept. of Consumer Protection and pass this on to the F.B.I. agent in charge of investigating this matter (see above). They are especially interested in any unauthorized funds taken by this company and transactions out of the state of UT.

So far there has been no response from this company. They have changed the ability to access their website. They don't respond to phone messages and emails come back as undeliverable. They recently tried to run an unauthorized $498 through my checking acct. Thanks to my credit union being on top of things it didn't happen. If this company has "taken you for a ride" contact your state's Dept. of Consumer Protection. File a report. They need to answer for their practices.
