I placed an order in July and was sent part of the order and was charged for a complete order. Was charged $67.75 when I should have been charged $31.54 for the items that were actually sent. The rest of the order was put on backorder.
Now it is Aug 29th and I have not received the backordered items and the status on the order in the system looks as if the items will not be coming in. I sent a message thru the Help Line this morning and hope they will refund my money but the order in the system now in print looks as if I was only charged the $31.54 when my receipt in hand and my bank receipts show that I was actually charged $67.75.
I will see if I get a response and update this in a few days. I hope the company will come thru and be honest but there is no customer service line and the help segment of their sight has no listing for any problem like this and according to a few things I read on other reports I may be out of luck and money. Will update soon.
