This IDIOT listed my townhouse and demanded a marketing fee of $3,000.00. Peter Demchenko then disappeared for five weeks. When he returned, I asked for a cancellation of the listing and a return of my marketing fee as he had not run a single ad. This useless idiot then told me that he had uploaded my property onto his website. I told hi that this was free and would not have cost him $3,000.00. Peter Demchenko is now refusing to take my calls.
