My husband saw an ad for a 2 week free trial back in March. He called after 10 days and canceled. We noticed in May that they were charging our credit card $12.95 a month. He called and had them cancel it again. They apologized. Here it is August 3 and they are still charging our account monthly!!! He never even uses it. He tried it only that first weekend and forgot the password he made up back then. We couldn't log into the account if we wanted to.
I spoke to a customer service rep named Chris who refunded our money for the entire time. He was polite, helpful and very nice. Thank you very much, Chris!
