Auto-renew billed again from NASCAR TrackPass on a cancelled account. This is the third straight year that they have done this, even though they assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Each time I selected the "do not renew" option on the website, but they disregard it. I am convinced that this is a scam. I expected better from NASCAR.

I had PayPal dispute the charge and I wrote NASCAR a nasty letter asking them to stop the Trackpass. Well I got Trackpass to agree to never charge me again. I then got Paypal to refund their payment to me.
Well they just billed $79.99 again via paypal. I cancelled the transaction and disputed it again.
Whatever anyone tells you from Nascar, Trackpass, or for any free goodies from Nascar don't believe them. It seems that NASCAR has a nasty habit of ripping off people. Read all the related rip-off-reports. I will just keep paying attention to my paypal account and emails. Funny thing the paypal notice says I have 45 days to cancel, but Trackpass didn't bother to send me an email about the trial period. They are deceptive, abtuse, specious, and crooked.
