nathan smith stonehouse management withheld $10,000 from us until we forced him to give it to the landlord brooklyn New York
after paying 10,000 dollars total to move in an apartment on boerum st, we soon found out that nathan chose not to give our money to the hasidic landlords for more than a week. we were left without heat or hot water during that time. it was very distressing indeed, so much that the cops even came to look for nathan here at our building one early and cold feburary morning (did i mention he lives on the 3rd floor of my building that he leased to me and my roomates). apparently he has been arrested, THANK GOD. there was an attorneys number that you should call in another discussion about him and stonehouse management on this site.

I had some friends that were looking to rent an apartment, and they almost rented from Nathan Smith. Nathan did not have business cards, his name could not be found as licesened RE Broker or Salesperson with NYS licesesing division. Googled his name and found him on Rip Off Report. This guy is a sociopath and needs a big time out.
