I have gotten intimidating and harassing phone calls from this company for some time. I did not bother to answer the phone, not recognizing the number.

I did get messages, but it was hard to understand who or what they wanted, so I would erase some of them.

I started to get really UPSET and concerned when a friend of mine called to let me know she was recieving some strange phone calls saying she was in trouble and would face court for fraud along with myself.

I listened a little closer to one of the messages that they had left and decided to call the number to find out who and what they were.

Immediately when I asked for "Mr. Brown", he started in on legal mumbo jumbo, in a VERY heavy accent. I was also disturbed that he had my ss#. I had to interrupt him rather abruptly to ask who he was and who he was working for. He told me he was calling about a loan I had recieved from CashUSA in June of '08. I had proceeded to tell him that I DID NOT recieved such a loan and to stop calling my phone numbers and my friend's.

This "Mr. Brown" then proceeded to start with his 'script' of the legal mumbo jumbo again about how my ss# was in courthouse under a class action lawsuit. I told him how could that be when I owe them nothing and he got VERY rude and told me "SHUT UP". I told him to quit calling the numbers and to not tell me to shut up. He then told me to NOT call that number again and I said, wait a minute you leave messages on my phone and tell me not to call? And he proceeded to tell me to "SHUT UP" again. I am afraid I got very angry, told him to shut up and called him a name. I had even told them that I knew this to be a scam and that they were commiting fraud and would turn it in.

About 2 weeks later, it started back up with them calling my friend and myself and leaving same message, but this time a different name. So, I got proof from bank, called them on the phone again (June 24, 2009) and this other person immediately went into the legal mumbo jumbo again. I told this person I didn't hear to that again, that Ihad heard that all before. I told him I was calling to let him know that I HAD already told them to NOT call any of the numbers he had on his list AGAIN, that it was harassement. He then got ugly again with me telling me to "SHUT UP". I said no, I had proof that there was no such loan, that I DO NOT owe money, and to quit calling or to be turned over to AG.

I told him that they did not send me a letter of any kind, that this was harassement, and he kept telling me to get lawyer, to tell it to judge when I went to courthouse, and I told him that I knew it to be scam, to quit calling the numbers and hung up on him.

It is disturbing that somehow this person was able to NOT only get my personal information such as ss#, but a friend's number as well, that I 'supposedly' used as a reference.

Now they are calling from a different phone number. 813-489-2927 and got a call from a "Mr. Williams", but when tried to contact him, his 'manager', "Mr. Wilson" came on to talk to me instead. Tried to tell me that I had lawsuit against my ss# and when I proceeded to tell him that I had proof that I DID NOT receive any money from CashUSA, therefore I DO NOT owe money, he told me to show it to the courts. I told him I had no problem with that. BUT he NEVER told me what I owed and kept asking me what are we going to do with this. I told him that they would STOP harassing me with phone calls as I had told the previous 3 callers, that to send me something in the mail about this, that I HAVE NOT recieved anything in mail. After that, the phone went dead. I had hoped that this was finished, but they continue to do so.
