National Check burea David Badder They have took my federal refund and have took money out my bank account Ohio
National Check burea are three lawyers one of them is David Badder he sent me letters with very bad unreadable dates to appear in court I reversed sued them in court they have zero proof of any debt that they loaned me money from Amy credit card they been adding interest and now want $65,000 they threatening me with garnishment about wages I am totally agree and mad at them I have never done business with national Check burea they just poped out of no where in 2001 they been adding interest to a amount I never borrowed from them any money I am interested in doing a class action lawsuit to make them stop hurting me they took my federal return of $750 some one help me make them go away

Since you can't even write using punctuation, capitalization, proper grammar and sentence structure, this is a sure bet you don't have any clue of what you're talking about. Your one long, run-on sentence tells it all and the whining about a class action suit is very typical of what we hear from serial deadbeats.
They cannot attach your wages, bank account or other assets without going to court and obtaining a judgement against you. I'm sorry I'm using such big words but maybe you can find somebody to explain this to you and if need be, using pictures to make it easier. Since you very obviously don't have a clue of grammar, punctuation and sentence structure, all things which are taught in the SECOND GRADE, it's also quite obvious you have zero idea of what I'm talking about! Next time you write something for another human being to read, get a second grader to write it for you unless you enjoy looking like an illiterate!
