The guy came in my boutique store located in So.Cal - City of Industry, i had a female staff hired and she was willing to cooperate with this guy since he keeps mention there will be "NO FEES at all" just a courtesy inspection.
after couple weeks that i received a bill of " FLAT RATE SERVICES " - $300, they even listed with INVOICE NUMBER - 57M 635863, and has the signature which authorized by my employee, i also tried to call to this office many time, they had the 1-800 number which appeared to be call center, no one ever returned the call nor written info responsed, isnt this consider a robbert or fraud? this is totally ridiculous, hope no more victims will be involved, i will start to look for related government agency or attorney to handle this issue.
