National Health & Wellness Club Lifetime member. But have not got any materials in over 10 years. Nationwide
Been a lifetime member since 2002 I used to get magazines and I'll test it a couple small items as of 2003 until now today 2016 I have not received any material magazines for any testing whatsoever as promised in the lifetime membership this place is definitely a rip off in my opinion beware
