Jeff, You have the physical address of that business. Contact the postal inspector at http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/ fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm and demand your money back. Then, go file a claim in small claims court where you live. He will never show up and you will win. Get your cancelled check or money order for the bank account number that the fraudster uses. Use that number to file for garnishment when you win your court case, which you will because he will not show up. Good Luck
