These guys are the scum of the earth. They will tell you anything to get your money. All they care about is getting you to send them a check. I guarantee that no matter what your situation is they will tell you they can get it fixed.
My wife and I got a flier in the mail a few months ago promising us with relief on our mortgage. I was about to lose my job and my wife had been out of work for a year. We talked to one person first who took all our information and then later that day we got a call from some guy who called himself the Senior Underwriter. He sounded so professional and competent that we trusted him and actually sent the money up front.
I should have seen th warning signs then. I offered to send half and the rest when they were successful but he insisted that his attorneys needed all the money up front. That was an absolute and total lie. After they took my money and I heard nothing from them I checked with the Florida Bar, (I know, I should have done this first.) and there is no such law firm as National Loan Restructuring. They tried to tell me they were working with some big attorney named Chris Trainor in Michigan but they wouldn't give me his contact information. ( I looked him up and he is a slip and fall attorney. What good is he going to do in a real estate contract situation?)They said they handled everything through the Florida office. They handled it alright! They took my money, did absolutely nothing and now I am about to lose my house.
Have these people no sense of shame? Bitter and disgusted in Michigan!
