Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

These guys are the scum of the earth. They will tell you anything to get your money. All they care about is getting you to send them a check. I guarantee that no matter what your situation is they will tell you they can get it fixed.

My wife and I got a flier in the mail a few months ago promising us with relief on our mortgage. I was about to lose my job and my wife had been out of work for a year. We talked to one person first who took all our information and then later that day we got a call from some guy who called himself the Senior Underwriter. He sounded so professional and competent that we trusted him and actually sent the money up front.

I should have seen th warning signs then. I offered to send half and the rest when they were successful but he insisted that his attorneys needed all the money up front. That was an absolute and total lie. After they took my money and I heard nothing from them I checked with the Florida Bar, (I know, I should have done this first.) and there is no such law firm as National Loan Restructuring. They tried to tell me they were working with some big attorney named Chris Trainor in Michigan but they wouldn't give me his contact information. ( I looked him up and he is a slip and fall attorney. What good is he going to do in a real estate contract situation?)They said they handled everything through the Florida office. They handled it alright! They took my money, did absolutely nothing and now I am about to lose my house.

Have these people no sense of shame? Bitter and disgusted in Michigan!

I am including a letter from a Assistant Attorney General for witch we did work for.

Dear National Loan Restructuring,

I am writing to thank you for the unparalleled assistance you gave us with regard to an analysis of our mortgage and in negotiating with our lender and servicer to modify our loan.  As you are aware, my husband and I purchased our home in Massachusetts in late 2002.  At the time, we had an adjustable rate mortgage for five years.  In late 2007, our adjustable rate took effect, increasing our mortgage payments significantly and rendering our mortgage completely unaffordable to us.

As a result of this increase, we were unable to pay our mortgage, and even moved out of our home for a period of time believing foreclosure to be imminent.  During this entire time, for almost a 2-year period, my husband and I kept in consistent contact with our lender and servicer, and continually tried to modify our loan, to no avail.  Despite the fact that my husband is an IT professional, and I am a successful attorney currently employed as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts, we were unable to make any significant headway with our servicer.  Despite our best efforts, it seemed as though all hope was lost and both my husband and I had resigned ourselves to losing our home for good.

At this point, my husband happened to learn of your company, NLR, through a flier we received in the mail.  Both my husband and I were leery at first of engaging NLR's services, fearful of potential scams and fraudulent companies looking to make a quick buck without actually providing much needed assistance.  However, after extensive research, we learned that your company, and yourself, had an excellent rating with your local business bureau and no outstanding complaints, as wel as some good reviews we uncovered on the internet.  Hoping for the best, my husband and I contacted you to discuss engaging your services.  Not only were you, and eveyone at NLR, extremely responsive, but you took a personal interest in our case that has made all the difference.  You were extremely non-judgemental of our situation, sympathetic to our needs, and immediately grasped the urgency of those needs as we were almost on the eve of foreclosure.  As a result, you expedited your analyst's review of our loan and immediately began negotiating with our servicer.

To our great relief, within 30 days, NLR was successful in modifying our loan to a payment that is affordable to us, and even assisted with some additional negotiation points after the modification was approved.  We can't thank you enough for NLR's thoughtful and timely assistance in this matter, and I would recommend your services to anyone in a situation similar to ours.

Sincerely,
Liza J. Tran
