National Merchant Center Defrauded of all monies processed into merchant account Irvine, California
We setup a cc processing account with this company and after processing with them for a little over a month the y closed the account. Holding all funds including an excessive reserve. Their reason for this was supposedly excessive chargebacks which there were none until 3 weeks after the account was frozen. Long story short after over 8 months of waiting for "chargebacks" to settle I contact them and am told that from over 72k processed after all said and done there was 17k approximately left after fees etc and they were going to keep that as a cancelation fee. I simply do not understand how these people continue to operate. Jimmy Lei or however you spell his name was always available until it was time for my funds to be released. If anyone believes there is a way for me to get my funds plz let me know.

I think you should consult a legal expert or a lawyer and I think that consultant can look into all NMC court cases and draw a conclusion if escalated action is necessary.
