National Moving Network ripoff North Miami Florida
My husband and I moved from Oakland, CA to Albuquerque, NM. We contracted with National Moving Network to move our belongings. They stated that they worked with reputable moving companies and would make our move a stress free experience. However, the company they contracted with, AY Transport, was not a reputable company. They have hundreds of complaints filed against them with the San Jose BBB. When we confronted National, they stated that they knew of these complaints yet they continued to do business with them. AY Transport delivered half of our items late, and over charged us. However, I have contacted the Florida BBB and filed a compalint. I also made the driver sign my inventory list of goods that stated that items were missing and delivered late. If need be, I will take both AY and National to court. I believe thier business practices fall under the "Unfair Business Practices Act".
