National Small Business Alliance ripoff Cathedral City California
I too have ripped off by NAtl Small Business Alliance for almost $400. I sent them the required money, then cancelled almost immediately. When I called back, not having received my refund, they had no record of my cancellation. ha ha. So I cancelled again. Six mo.s later still no refund. I called back and they said that because I hadn't sent back their little packet (all advertisements) i was not entitled to a refund. Send back the packet? First I'd heard of that.
HOW can they get away with this? Why doesnt somebody stop them? How can they live with themselves? How can the workers work there knowing they are ripping off everybody?
