Nations Home Remodelers of Baltimore, Inc. Nations Home Remodelers NHR kept changing address and refuses to admit they are all the same company Ellicott City Maryland
I had a roof replaced by Nations Home Remodelers of Baltimore, Inc. (MHIC 40003) in 2007 that is leaking badly. I attempted to contact them and ALL the phone numbers on the contract have been disconnected (Baltimore Co., Howard Co., & Harford Co).
I did an internet search and found their address has changed at least 3 times (that I found so far) with the same (disconnected) phone numbers:
9051 Baltimore national Ste 4A Pike Ellicott City
9551 Baltimore national Pike Bldg 4E Ellicott City
8480 Baltimore national Pike Ste 283 Ellicott City
The website says under construction (last edited 2012) with the same disconnected phone number www.nhrremodelers.com
They have received an "F" by the Better Business Bureau for not responding to complaints.
I found a company with the exact same name of "Nations Home Remodelers, Inc." (minus "of Baltimore") and called them - they denied they were the same company.
I asked if they were a subsidiary and she said "no - they are a "completely different company". The website address almost identical : www.nationshomeremodelers.net They are located in Beltsville, Maryland.
SKEPTICAL I looked up the MHIC license numbers and they are THE SAME! MHIC for both 40003
Do not deal with this company- SCAM SCAM SCAM
They keep changing names & locations to avoid fixing their poor work!!

The original poster contracted with Nations Home Remodelers of Baltimore, Inc. which is/was owned and operated by Kevin Weiner with a license number of MHIC 124951. Nations Home Remodelers of Baltimore, Inc. is rated F by the BBB. This is NOT the same company as Nations Home Remodelers, Inc. located in Beltsville, MD.
Nations Home Remodelers, Inc. of Beltsville, MD is rated A+ by the BBB and is owned and operated by Henry Hentzman with a license number of MHIC 40003.
