Company may send defective cars from their lot onto the street with con artists masquerading as private sellers. The seller(Jeffrey Panell) has a criminal record but looks like the boy next door so beware if you meet him. He forged my name on all documents relating to the sale of my car. The dealer he runs his scam through(Nations Own Motors)will say they never sold you the car even though their names are on the title. The price you paid for the car(1000.00 more) will not be the price they say you paid on the title application you never saw or signed. The odometer was 100,000 miles off real mileage(Carfax, too late)

There was a hole in the block they disguised some way. Basically, there are con men called curbstoners, dealers who take cars they can't sell on their lots and pass them off as private vehicles. These vehicles are being sold by con men who don't have dealers licenses which is illegal in some states if you sell more than one or two cars(the same phone number was on at least 5 cars Mr. Pannell was selling and I know he doesn't have a dealers license).

Basically don't buy cars you see on the side of the road these are usually part of the scam and you will get burned(see curbstoner websight for all info on these scumbags) The owner of Nations Own Motors may have had his dealers license revoked for scamming because the company has changed names several times and the license is now in his wifes name(Joy). His name is Terry Boley.

Beware of doing business with him, he associates with criminals(Pannell has documented criminal record).I thought I was buying from an individual but when I was allowed to have my paperwork(thought it was just a matter of bill of sale and signing title over to me)Nations Own Motors was all over that paperwork, turned out a dealer was associated with that scam. Terry Boley is his name.Remember that.

Jeffrey Panell, Terry Boley, people with questionable scruples, possibly criminal. These people(Boley and wife) need to have their dealer lisence revoked conact Tavis Hulsey if you have problems with them let him know he's resposible for them getting their license renewed or not. Also beware that some unscrupulous dealers will let these people sell out of their lots(Doug Reid Auto in Centerpoint let Panell have access to their lot to run his scams.

I saw them all standing around laughing after I made my car purchase probably yukking it up over the dumbass that just overpaid for that junker.) Anyway I would watch out for them too.
