I decided to go on and file bankrupcty for I could never get any cooperation from Fairbanks and after trying to get it refinace through other companys I said the heck with it. I stopped making payments. Credit is sure ruin now because of this group When I tried to refinace and the company heard who I was with they couldn't help and it wasn't because of my credit either. I stopped paying insurance on the house---of courese we all know the routine with them----I called them yesterday and asked them do they ever talke to the main Office? Answer -yes. Isaid then you should know that I am forclouser. Do you think they did? No. Recieved a phone call about insurance today----I couldn't help but laugh at the poor guy. I told him-I called yesterday and reported that the creeps you work or has the property in foreclosure and gues what it was not in the system like it was suppose tohave been!!!! Nothing new

After a meeting with my lawyer yesterday I have decided to keep doing what I have been doing. Paying them the amount that I was orginally suppose to pay. No late fees. We know they will file foreclousure eventually then we are going to counter sue. My att.is in in contact with a lawyer in Jacksonville who has been dealing with Fairbanks. For the ones who are looking for a lawyer find one that handles consumer affairs nad has a good reputation.

I saw my attorney today and I advise everyone to get an lawyer. I have decided that I am not going to file Bankruptcy for it will hurt me in the long run and that is by the advise of a bankruptcy lawyer. As every has said keep records of everything, make phone call and keep record of that. This group has not foreclosed on me yet but I am sure they will. I have a good lawyer busy but good. I have been very frustrated with things but that is not due to him. He like cases like these and gets very good results. The latest with this group I sent them my payment of 1480 they posted on 2/12 1531 dollars it went through my bank on the 13. Can you figure? Don't give up there is hope.

I am not only a single parent, but I also over the past 12 years, helped to raise 4 grandchildren who depend on my home for shelter. I have the feeling no matter how much I pay, from the experiences that I reading about, I will never be able to pay Fairbanks Capital enough to keep my home in peace. I feel safer at this point putting my home up for sale as it has been on the market since December 2002. I plan on using some of the equity from the sale (hoping I can keep to blood suckers off of my home until I sell it) to make sure this company is stopped. I hope my letter reaches the heart of the right people that can help all of us. As a suggestion please e-mail the Oprah website and submit this concern under New Show Ideas and let us keep looking for resolve and praying. We know good and well that God does not appreciate Fairbanks Capital and others like them. Thank you
