I would try submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Google search Better Business Bureau and it should bring up a website. In this website they ask you to label the type of complaint and the company. Enter Nationwide Reader Service and it will bring up that company. Then enter the complaint and follow the other directions. I don't know if it will work, but it is worth a try. They give the business 30 days to reply. You should also make sure you cancel any further payments. Also submit a complaint to your State Commissioner. I have also been stuck into this same issue with the same company and am attempting to cancel it. Hope this helps, and pray that it works.
