While Nationwide REO Services appears to pay lower than some companies, they are on the national standards for their fee schedule. I personally have been in this business (and the home improvemnent business) for 12 years & vendors were paid a lot more 8-10 years ago, than they are today. The reasoning behind this for most National & Reginal REO companies is "volume & bulk" services - "volume & bulk" pay. While I agree that ALL P&P / REO companies pay are far less than Realtors, this IS the norm. Realtors can offer & pay more because they work directly for the banks. NREOS has never stiffed me for payment & they also supply all vendors with their fee schedule PRIOR to completing any work. So, if you were / are a vendor for NREOS or any other company, then you have a Vendor Agreement & the fee schedule which you should have read prior to doing any work / services. If you still do the work, then don't complain. This information is YOUR responsibility as a business owner to get prior to agreeing to performing services. So DON'T COMPLAIN. You are under contract & agreed to these prices.
That's my 2 cents.
